What is Handbuilding?

Handbuilding is one of the oldest and most accessible pottery techniques. Using just your hands, simple tools, and a slab of clay, you can pinch, coil, roll, and sculpt to bring your ideas to life. From mugs and vases to trinket dishes and decorative pieces – the possibilities are endless.

What to Expect

Our friendly team will guide you step by step through the process, helping you design and build your piece from scratch. You’ll learn basic techniques, add your own creative flair, and finish your work ready for drying and firing in our kiln.
